CAP is a public benefit, non-profit organization dedicated to the acquisition, both temporary and permanent, of public art for the city of Laguna Beach and to educating the local citizens about public art.

CAP is primarily interested in sites on private property that are in the public view. We currently have two sculpture sites with pieces that rotate on an annual basis as well as one mural site. We are able to guide such projects through the city’s approval process.
