LCCB is a 40 member, all volunteer, woodwind, brass, and percussion community band serving Laguna Beach and surrounding areas. The band plays at local arts, entertainment and charitable functions, performing a variety of music including, big band, swing, show tunes, patriotic, folk and classical.

Laguna Outreach Community Arts is a non-profit coalition of arts educators, professional artists and advocates interested in arts education for people of all ages. LOCA believes that the arts are vital to the health and welfare of all human beings. Our mission is to provide educational opportunities for artistic enrichment through outreach to the community and schools, while promoting professional artists.
